Woodlands Brook Vineyard Emily

Woodlands Brook Vineyard Emily is a Bordeaux blend, primarily Cabernet Franc and Merlot with smaller amounts of Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.

All the fruit is grown on the Woodlands Brook Vineyard at Wilyabrup in Margaret River. Once harvested, it is destemmed and mechanically sorted, then hand sorted over a vibrating sorting table berry by berry.

After fermentation and 2-4 weeks on skins, the wine is matured in new and seasoned French oak barrels.

Deep crimson, Woodlands Brook Vineyard Emily is medium bodied yet has powerful waves of red fruit flavours and precise tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
